a range of services:

Our On Boarding coaching service is aimed at individuals who are transitioning into a new role. Typically coaching sessions are offered pre and post an individual taking up a new position aimed at helping them to work through a systematic approach to their first 100 days. Our knowledge of the needs and pitfalls of joining an organisation at a senior level will allow us to make a real difference.

Our Career Coaching team offers coaching sessions aimed at helping high potential individuals take stock and manage their career development. Our unique coaching model specifically helps individuals review their CV; review how they benchmark against other high flyers and  review what internal and external role opportunities they should be looking at to further their career development.

Our more general Executive Coaching practice is able to help executives work on specific goals to make it more likely that they succeed in the workplace. This is aimed at executives who, for example, might wish to work on an aspect of their leadership style, work through changes in their organisation which require them to work in a different way, or have a problem issue upon which they could really benefit from some help and advice.

Our Talent Management Consultancy business will help organisations really understand what they mean by talent by assessing their strategic need for a pipeline of individuals at each level of leadership. They will advise on best practice, help introduce talent management processes and review succession planning and people review processes.

Our Talent Assessment processes operate at two levels.  Firstly, our team are able to help line managers carry out their own ‘health check’ on the talent and potential within their business either using the Moloney model of identifying high potential, which we have refined over a number of years, or by customising the principles of this for individual organisations.
Alternatively, one of our consultants will deliver this service on your behalf and profile each member of a team, present a view of potential and outline recommendations for development.

Our Emerging Leaders Development programme offers the management and development of high potential individuals on behalf of organisations. This service, aimed at HR departments who would like to out-source this important work, makes full use of the extensive experience the Moloney team has in this area.  As part of this service we can provide such things as one to one development coaching and manage various development options such as mentoring, leadership development groups and networking events.

Our Leadership Development offering is aimed at individuals and teams who are seeking to develop leadership skills in order to more forward the strategy of their organisation. This service benefits from the considerable skill and experience Nigel Benwell has to offer in this area and also draws on experience from well known leadership academics. Interventions might include: team building for executive teams, development of leadership style, development of organisational culture, Performance Management seminars or even master classes for getting the best from Search companies or external recruitment.
