Moloney Advisory is headed up by Nigel Benwell who was formerly Head of Leadership Development and Talent Management at Lloyds TSB.

Nigel has:

• A deep insight into the talent management issues facing many organisations and an understanding of the importance of developing a talent pipeline.
• Extensive experience of developing and coaching senior executives up to and including board level in a wide range of performance and leadership issues.
• A high level of skill in executive coaching having studied with the School of Coaching in London.
• Many years of front line commercial leadership experience and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.  He also has experience of chairing the board of trustees of a large charity. 
• A passionate interest in leadership development and talent management and is seen as a UK expert in this world  regularly chairing consultations for the Windsor Leadership Trust and the Advisory Board to the Centre for Excellence in Leadership.

Nigel is supported by a team of associates all of whom have commercial experience and are seen as experts in their field.
