Executive Search

Our Executive Search practice is separated into four teams. 

Our Board Practice specialises in board evaluation, non-executive appointments and diverse board appointments.

Our Senior Search Team specialises in finding senior executives with salaries ranging between £80k and £200k.

Our Public Sector Practice specialises in appointments for Government Departments, NGOs, Academic bodies and other organisations in the not-for-profit sector.

Our Private Equity Team works with clients in the Private Equity and Venture Capital sectors to place CEOs and senior teams into portfolio companies.

Our Junior Search Team specialises in high fliers with between 2 and 7 years of work experience on salaries between £40 and £80k.

We have a specific team that focuses on Candidates with MBA's from the top business schools in the UK, Europe and US. Our work in this field is split between on-campus recruiting at business schools as well as moving candidates already in employment.
    

Market Intelligence

Our in depth market knowledge and experience with many businesses puts us in a unique position to provide valuable input into your business decisions. 

Much of this intelligence is a fundamental part of any search assignment. However, in a number of circumstances clients have sought to commission a piece of intelligence work prior to commencing search work. This has included:

  • Benchmarking against competitor organisations
  • Salary surveys and compensation benchmarking
  • Input towards decisions on business structures when influenced by the nature and availabilty of talent
