A fundamental part of our headhunting service is to provide consultancy and advice on the graduate recruitment process as part of the overall assignment. This would normally attract no additional fees.

However there are circumstances where clients may want our advice outside a headhunting assignment. In such cases we can provide consultancy on specific areas of the graduate attraction and selection process. This could cover areas such as feedback on client profiles in the marketplace, selection methodology, competency design and interview training.
