Our Directors and business leaders have a wealth of experience from both inside and outside the recruitment sector. They are supported by an in-house team of Consultants and Researchers.

Dr Curly Moloney founded Moloney Search in 1994 and has been the Managing Director of the business since. Her primary focus is now on Board placements and the Middle East and Asia business. Prior to founding Moloney Search, Curly spent two years headhunting for Saxton Bamfylde having graduated as a Doctor of Medicine from Oxford and Cambridge Universities.

 

Francesca Sloan has been a Consultant at Moloney Search since 1995 and a Director since 2000. Her focus is on Strategy & Business Change and on Retail and customer facing organisations.  Having graduated from Bath University in 1993 Francesca worked in Marketing and PR for Asprey plc prior to joining Moloney Search in 1995.

 

Charlotte Bradshaw was appointed a Non-Executive director in 2004 having enjoyed a long and informal relationship with Moloney Search.  Charlotte was Business Development Director for ntl's consumer division, and previously she worked for the Board of Granada Media as Business Development Manager. Having graduated from Oxford University, Charlotte started her career at the strategy consulting firm The Kalchas Group, a spin off from McKinsey and Bain.

 

Nigel Benwell joined Moloney in 2007 from Lloyds TSB in order to head up Moloney Advisory. At Lloyds TSB he held responsibility for leadership development and talent management following an earlier career in line management. Nigel is a talented business coach (an alumni of the School of Coaching in London) and seen as an expert in the world of leadership.

 

Katy Milnes is a Director at Moloney Search, having joined the business in 2005.  Katy has over 10 years of experience of Search and Selection: following an Economics degree she joined Digby Morgan Search.  As well as running Search assignments, Katy also takes overall responsibility for resourcing and manages the in-house Research Team.

 

Dr Helen Yallop, who heads up the Academic Practice, has combined experience of working in Search and Academia.  After graduating from Cambridge University and the Courtauld Institute, Helen worked at Moloney Search between 2001 and 2005 before undertaking her PhD and subsequently embarking on an academic career in History and Gerontology.  She is a Visiting Research Fellow at King’s College London.
