Now that we are in the New Year, we wanted to take a moment to reflect and share our achievements from 2007.

Campus Achievements

This year has been a strong year for Moloney Search Campus. We have continued to grow and more importantly have:

• Placed over 300 graduates and MBAs in a variety of organisations
• Of those over 45% have been outside the UK in Europe, Asia and Latin America
• Grown our team by 35%
• Achieved an average of 1:3 hit rate at assessment centre/final stage interview with clients
• Expanded our assessment practice and are continuing to grow the assessment design and validity review practice for clients
• Strengthened our expertise in the financial services sector by winning four new clients in this space
• Continued to build our expertise in the European markets by running four pan European graduate searches across sectors ranging from FMCG to telecommunications and consulting
